Hi! I’m Liv Bright, and my passion is living simply, healthfully, and well.

I draw on my nutrition, yoga, and wellness background to take a holistic, individual-focused approach to health and wellness. I believe that each and every decision we make is a new opportunity to act in line with our goals, and that change doesn’t have to be hard for it to be meaningful. I strive to empower people to take health and wellness into their own hands.

 
 

I’m a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a 500 hour registered yoga teacher. Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, I earned my BS in Health and Nutrition Sciences from Brooklyn College.

I completed my yoga teacher training at Atmananda studio. Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics / Clinical Nutrition at New York University.
